I was surprised when I was told a brake fluid flush was needed. I’ve had a Camry forever and I have never had this told to me. It seemed like a way to get extra money off of someone who may not know what they are doing with their car. I declined the service offer.

I had an oil changed on 10/08/24, recently my vehicle appears the yellow triangle and it says :Oil maintenance required soon. Today 11-01-24 I called to Toyota service , the guy said he doesn't know and transfer me to someone else but no one answers then the phone hang up, please tell me what wrong with my vehicle. The person I booked my appointment with said I could have a loaner vehicle apparently that wasn’t true, but I did end up getting one. They also quoted my time to be a little over an hour and found out that was also incorrect and it ended up being three hours or more. Not the first time that happened.

We recently had new tires installed and the check tire pressure light when off after install but is now on all the time. At check in this morning I asked the technician to check on this. On the drive home O realized the light was still on. When I called Baxter Service to follow up with the technician my first call was disconnected. I called back again and had to leave a message. The technician did return my call and informed me it would cost $129 for computer diagnosis. Why was this not communicated at the time of the service appointment when I specifically asked when I checked in for our service appointment? The technician did apologize, however I think this shows poor service and lack of communication.
