My January 16th visit for prepaid oil R&R was satisfactory.
I had planned on having new rear brakes Pads/Rotors both installed as well.
The diagnostic portion of my scheduled visit was baffling to say the least.
A simple plan of action was put together after a more senior employee (Evan) to include a road test to duplicate the issue at hand in hopes of finding a remedy.
I disclosed the Platinum Warranty coverages my automobile carries as well. I felt my questions were enthusiastically met wth a collective "let's find the problem, remedy it, and then share findings with the warranty representatives.
Two hours later, I was handed my keys and an invoice for my prepaid servicing accompanied by verbal memo from "Evan" that the exhaust issue couldn't be identified. "No issue"
My car was never road tested.
I immediately asked the where is EVAN?
That "he and I had planned a road test"
He was unreachable for comment.
My Brakes/Rotors that needed to be removed and replaced. I said absolutely not. This was a **** show, pardon my language.
Fortunately, the entire context of that January 16th visit I've shared with your General Manager Mr. Weatherall and he fully and actionably addressed my complaints.
As if I plan on returning to your service department in Lincoln, no I do not. This not being an isolated incident with the service department. I've lost confidence that in their Dependability NOT Ability

I was not clear on how the online appointments worked; thought I was scheduled for an oil change but my service schedule has been off since we bought the car. Erin was very helpful in getting the car back to the tech and they got the oil change done. My wait was longer than expected but because I drive 70 miles to get to the dealership, she save me another 140 miles of driving and I very much appreciate her and the tech for completing the work today!

I really appreciate that Angie takes time to explain things in ways that I will understand. I’ve noticed that even when I give her answers that are probably super unrealistic or just stupid, she never gives away any indication that it was a stupid answer.
