I will provide a more detailed review based how the damage to my Jeep is remediated. It was damaged by the lift while in for service on Sat. The service advisor ensured me it was be fixed. But overall pleased with the service and timeliness of the service rendered.

I was disappointed to learn that my prepaid oil change had expired. This car was in a warranty repair for around 9 weeks waiting on parts, I was under the understanding that would not affect my prepaid services, only to find out that it wasn't true. The service tech was sorry. I will be extremely hesitant to pre-purchase service in the future. Good idea, just need to not over commit. Otherwise I am satisfied with the services provided.

I went in for a tire rotation, recall service, and a fob programming. The fob would not program, I was still charged $60 for the unsuccessful programming. With troubleshooting through Toyota it appears that the culprit of the failed programming was because of a dead fob battery. How in the world can a failed programming NOT include the simple troubleshooting of checking if the fob is receiving power from the battery? Very disappointing, especially when I have a 2025 4Runner on my radar.
