When I was contacted regarding the vehicle inspection report I was told that the deficiencies found were a matter of safety and that if I didn’t do all these repairs I would just need to purchase a new car. My car is only worth around $5000 and these repairs were quoted to me at $8000. It was my mistake allowing myself to be deceived and approving this but then when I picked the car up I was charged $9000!!! It’s bad enough to pay $8000 for repairs but to have an extra surprise $1000 added to the bill is beyond ridiculous . Lesson learned

I’m so glad that I brought my customer copy of my previous service. For some reason it wasn’t showing up on the computer. Stephanie was able to look a my customer copy to realize that some of the things that were showing up as needing to be done had actually been done with the previous service. Stephanie put into action the need to find that previous service and make sure it was in my file. By the time I was checking out, it had been found and showed up on the computer file. Thank you Stephanie!
