My guess is no one from Baxter reads these. Baxter has been a complete **** show for the last 2 years and no one ever cares to respond or try to fix the issue.

The notes the service advisor took were not accurate to what I told her. This left me frustrated and I asked to speak to the mechanic but I was told they don’t have phones and can’t call me. When I got to the dealership to pick my truck up I noticed what I thought was still the problem I was having. The mechanic who was nice and kind rode in the truck with me and explained things to me. I ultimately will still return to Baxter Toyota but the notes taking by the advisor was frustrating. The mechanic was kind and explained things nicely to me.
