My car was scheduled be inspected in late October during the Service visit and the service paperwork said it was inspected. I went to get my tags and the DMV would not give me the tags since there was no record of the car being inspected. I had to return to the service center so that the car could be inspected. Is it a common practice for you to not complete the work you said was done on the service paperwork?
