I got my warranty paper in the mail that part had came in to fix my car so I called and made an appointment and I was told that the parts from the recall were available so I had to move my work schedule around to be able to take my car to drop it off then I find out when I get off work that the parts were not available and nothing was done. This is very upsetting. I wish I would’ve been told before my appointment that the parts were not in
