I came to Honda for an oil change, alignment and possible tire rotation on 10/18/2024. While there I didn’t get my tires rotated however, I did get an alignment. I was told at that visit that my best tires were on the front and I didn’t need to rotate my tires at that point and that within the year, I needed to consider getting new tires on the back however, they weren’t anything for me to be concerned about in that moment. I take my car to Honda today(10/28/2024) and they tell me I have a nail in my tire. They don’t fix my tire, no one put on my spare for me or anything. My car was driven back out and parked with the nail still in my tire. I was told within 10 days that my tires were too worn for them to patch it and if they did the patch would bust open when 10 days earlier, I was told although I would eventually need tires, it wasn’t anything for me to worry about at that moment. I was quoted the price for a new set of tires and that was all and was told they couldn’t do anything for me that day but if I wanted to order tires, they would be in the following day and was also told that I was losing air out of my tires fast. I was t offered the price of one tire, the price for back tires, or even a different kind of tire that was cheaper and convenient considering the circumstances. I was sent on my way to drive on a tire, with a nail still in it and was told there was nothing that could be done. My concern is being more thorough and figuring out a better way to serve your customers because what would have happened if my tire would have gone flat on the road because a nail was left in my tire? Probably nothing on Honda’s end. It would have been on me to fix the problem and if anything else would have gotten messed up, that would have been on me also. The service reps need to be on the same page because if I did in fact need new tires on 10/18/2024 that should have been told to me so that I could have handled it then vs now within 10 days I have a different person telling me something different. Not to mention I was also told that my tires were wearing on the inside when I had just gotten an alignment and was told things were fine. I also got a second opinion on my tires and was told my tire was still in decent shape and that it could be patched. I understand that people have jobs to do but it would be nice if people were more honest about things instead of just trying to get money out of someone.

None of your service writers ever make any effort to extend themselves by coming to the car or making any effort to make the customer feel that they are valued.
