Making the appointment was no problem. Once I arrived on Saturday. The lady that checked me in was great. I waited in the common area. The same lady that checked me in. Came and told me I was all finished up. Check out was no problem. My only complaint would be. If the service provider is going to take any paperwork from the glovebox. I would assume all things would be put back as they were. When I got into my vehicle. The original window sticker was laying in the passenger floorboard. The original dash sticker was stuck to the passenger seat. I assumed they used my wheel lock nuts to rotate the tires. It just would have been nice of the service provider to put all of the original documents back in the bag it came in.
