Andrew was working the service department alone. I could tell he was stressed and being pulled in every direction. My only suggestion is getting some help when someone is out

I made an appointment January 24 at 10 o’clock I got there before 10 and when I gave them the key I asked him how long will it take and they said between 30 to 40 minutes to have my tires rotated well at 10:41 steel no one had came to let me know afterwards someone come and asked me if I was Somebody and I said no I am STEVENSON, so he just turned around and walk I’m thinking OK my car is done they just taking my car to start the rotation and one of the guys said something to me and I said my appointment was at 10 and now it is close to 11 o’clock 1049 and he said oh I’ll go out there and help so no I was not satisfied with my service never had a problem before, but I did today

My suggestion… Not break my car and then call and tell me the part just fell off as it froze and broke.. I did receive a “employee discount” but felt I should not have had to pay. I came in for a recall and added a check on windshield washer not working and ended up having a $800 bill!!
