I guess he done what he was suppose to do, but I am still having the same problem. He found nothing to be wrong. Since I done the transmission whatever it’s called it’s not doing it as much as it was before I brought it in. As always when you bring a vehicle in the mechanic don’t feel or find the problem that you’re talking about.

I got a text that my car had been given a 9:00 appointment. I stopped by at 1:00 and it not even been taken back. They immediately took it back for service. In about an hour, I got a call that it had been serviced and ready for pickup. When I arrived, my wife who was with me drove the car hole using our second key. I went in to settle up and pay and get my key. They could not find the key and said they left it in the car. That seemed a bit careless and I had not experienced that before. Came home and the key was not in the car. I called Andrew and he checked and located it in the garage. I don’t think this was handled appropriately and with professional care. Now I have to make a special trip to get the key in the morning. I hope this feedback helps this service trail improve. I am usually impressed with the service department but this has disappointed me.

A very nice service rep informed me their technician said my car needed rotors on both side. The price was discounted, which was okay and an appointment date was set for Tuesday. The parts place would not order the needed parts unless I paid a deposit which was close to the cost of parts. I found this to be unbearable service, unless everyone has to pay for parts needed that is not in stock. I cancelled the appointment and made a decision not to return

Today, I was mostly satisfied. The wait time was just over an hour, which is acceptable, but not ideal for just an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment. This was my third service appointment. The first two appointments I had to wait over two hours. To say I was displeased, is an understatement, especially the second time. If I had been there two hours again today, I would probably be calling corporate.
