It was very difficult to find someone to talk to. Messages were not returned. A couple had a bad attitude. Haley was not very accommodating with the information I would get put on hold and it would be transferred to a voicemail. We were so unsatisfied with the customer service we became uncomfortable, keeping the car there. It had been there over a week, and we still didn’t have answers and the first time anyone spoke to us about, the problem was Wednesday Gabriel however gets 10 stars he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We did take my car to Greensboro Honda because we were just very uncomfortable leaving in Asheboro Honda. The confidence level was very low which is unfortunate since I’ve bought many cars there. I asked Haley many times to have the manager call me, and he never did.

The service was great. I'm not complaining about the workers at all! (Especially the young lady at the front desk! She went above and beyond for me and my daughter today!!! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name... but she went to my car while it was in the shop for something I desperately needed. Plus she grabbed my daughter's bag of toys too!! I love when people care about others that way!!) My only complaints are about the prices. I Totally understand the workers need to get paid. I understand the rising cost of living. But from what I was told by 2 different mechanics, it was a 30-45 minute job All Together. And I understand that the car was back there awhile. (It was not worked on the entire time.. I didn't know I had to approve everything electronically. I was told that After it sat back there for little over 30 minutes.) But it was almost $300 in labor BEFORE I approved the work.. then it went UP AFTER I started to approve everything! I just do not understand the price scale like that. I'm sorry I'm not trying to get anybody mad... it just floors me that labor is so high when the car was not worked on the entire time it's in the shop. Other than that, everything was fine. As far as I know, the AC is running great now! Thank yall for all yall do! Blessings to everybody and their loved ones!
