overall the service was done okay. one thing, the report of inspection results and recommendations said i need to change the belt. they person said the employee doing the inspection said it was cracked. i said it was replaced 2 months ago. i asked for a picture of the cracking belt. he said after talking to him again it was fine. i’m glad i didn’t pay to replace it. just seems a little weird…

I still do not understand the process for getting my vehicle listed as personal and no longer a fleet vehicle. Charging me $200 for this and keeping my vehicle for a week is ridiculous! This should be an automatic process when I purchase the vehicle.

The Homelink mirror was installed and works perfectly. This option didn’t come on the 23 RAV4 we purchased and it was a feature we had on the 2018 RAV4 limited. We love not having to use the old garage clip on remote for the garage doors and both doors are programmed into the Homelink. As a dealer installable add on feature I’m surprised this isn’t added on more often.

Great transparency. Having a loaner vehicle to use is highly appreciated and does affect my ability to get service done with Toyota. Military discount also significantly affects my decision to approve service.
