Chance (the service rep) was professional and helpful with my issue. However, I purchased this 2023 RAV4 Premium in April 2023, the car is great except the main monitor that controls the radio and Navigation systems. If you review my past service records you will notice the car has been serviced multiple times concerning this monitor dropping settings and just not performing in the past year. This last service was fixing the monitor rebooting itself every 15 sec. It was fixed, but no reason was given about the cause. So we are concern that this monitor will become a major expense in the future.

Just prior to leaving our home to drive the car in for servicing I received a call from Baxter Toyota. The woman told me she was calling to speak to me about my service appointment. I asked if it had changed since I was just leaving. She said no but informed me I would soon need service on my Cienna for the transmission fluid and the brake fluid. Would I like to add this to my service this morning. I asked if we could talk about it when I got there since it was quite a drive from where I lived. She then told me she was not with the service department. Upon arriving for my appointment I asked the service person if in his records did I require those added items of transmission work and power steering. He looked and told me no I was not in need of those.
The Baxter lady who called me contacted me 30 minutes before my appointment as I was leaving. I would suggest for a better customer service that calls of this nature come 2 days prior to an appointment and be researched through the service department for accuracy.

I had a great experience today with device to our 2020 Prius. The service we requested was done in a timely manner. We were notified of specific service needing to be done and then replied to the notification. We were then texted when the car was ready, again in a very timely manner. This is not at all unusual whenever we deal with the service department at Baxter. The young people we deal with are always helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Feist was no different.

Brough my Tacoma in for service and to look at the drivers seat belt. The seat belt will only retract about 50% of the time without helping it retract. Was told if it's not completely broke, it can't be fixed under warranty.
