I dropped my car off at noon and was told it would be ready by 3:00. It wasn’t ready until after 5:00. I checked in at 3:30 and was told it was almost ready. It was still an hour and a half later. No explanations, no apologies. I had a practice at 5:00, so I was 45 minutes late. It was extremely frustrating.

Just don’t understand why Toyota care doesn’t do an oil change until 10000miles, (I went in for a 5000 mile service). Aside from the fact that I changed the oil myself afterwards the visit was pleasant.

Overall, the experience was good. Took a little longer than I hoped and the oil change indicator was not reset. Not big deals either one but the experience would have been perfect but for those two minor issues.

Arrived at 7:40 for a scheduled oil change and was told it will take an hour and fifteen minutes which was ok with me. I did leave until almost 11am and that was unacceptable I asked for a reason as to why a simple oil change could take 4 hours and was advised due to my paperwork. I think that is an unacceptable answer.

Although, I forgot to ask what is needed for my car. I passed 50K miles. Is there a list of things that I need to do with my car to ensure it keeps properly running. I had my 2022 Toyota rav 4 serviced on Saturday. The second I drove it away I noticed a loud noise every time I accelerated. I decided to give it a day but the following day the noise continued. I called and made an appointment to bring my car in on Friday. Turns out the people that worked on my car forgot to shut my air box which was making the loud noise. I was called and told I could come get my car and in order to reimburse me for my time they would give me a free tank of gas. Great, I headed out to pick up my car. When I picked up my car I was verbally told I could come back any time and they would go get me a free tank of gas. Why would you not just fill up my car while you had it. It’s pointless for me to drive all the way across town for them to take my car for 20 minutes to go fill it up.
