Waited over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I asked in the beginning if everything was on time and he said just a little bit behind. Later he came to the waiting area and said he would give me a loaner vehicle. I had already moved the following appointment back, so I declined the loaner. There was nothing he did wrong, but when I made the appointment I told them I would wait for it. A customer should not have to wait almost 2 1/2 for a SCHEDULED oil change appointment. I was actually going to call the store tomorrow to ask for a refund because of this. My truck has 210,000 miles on it and I have always used your business since the truck was brand new but there is no way I am going to pay 1110 dollars for a simple oil change. An express oil change store will now get my future business.

I arrived around 1:30 about an hour early when I walked in the service area there were about 4 young men sitting at computers and another 4 to 5 just on there cell phones no one even acknowledge we were there about 1 minute later a young lady came through the same doors we came through and asked if we had been helped I said no then she said when they are probably busy on the phones I said yes there cell phones then one of the service advisors who was at a computer asked to help. He checked us in and said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours do I said we would be back. It was almost 5 when my car was finished. Poor performance ?

Ethan was great but it took 2 hours 16 minutes to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Unacceptable! As I waited I watched many elderly customers waiting as well. Some were there when I arrived and the same were there as I left. I also noticed many employees the same ones walking around and going to the free coffee and water’s many times. Very disappointed with the service department.
