I was disappointed that they were not able to determine the reason my battery was would not keep a charge. The recommendation was that I replace it with a OEM one. I had the battery checked by the place I bought it and it was 100% good.

Was sent the estimate and all the things they recommended for my vehicle. Accepted the one to have new tires and car balanced. Then get a call saying the tires weren't in stock so it would have to be done a different day. Why recommend something that you don't have available?? Especially when my quote is $900 cheaper than what was stated when I got the phone call. I understand mistakes happen. But when you quote a price that's what it should be. Don't call and lie about not having the item in stocks. Completely unprofessional. I expected better from Toyota. I prepaid for 3 oil changes and after the 3rd, I definitely won't be back and will let others know toyota does not stand behind what the quote.

Stopped in Monday 2-12-24 to set up appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 4:00 on Tuesday 2-13-24. Had to stop in to make an appointment because the latest website will allow is 3:00. Anyway, pulled in to service bay at 3:55 and car was finally ready to drive away at 5:46. This is just too much time to wait for an oil change and tire rotation especially when an appointment for this was scheduled. Please figure out a way to get minor service done in a speedier fashion. Thank you!

Each time (every time) I have brought my Tundra (bought new in 2009) for service I have reseat the in-cabin air filter. It either has a leaf or some other debris that causes abnormal sounds when the fan is turned on. I have become quite adept at clearing the area, but for the last 15 years it has been annoying.
