Great friendly staff and I was probably too hard on em. Was just unhappy about my tire inspection and then proceeding to have a bubble after you guys gave it back to me. No one said anything to me about the bubble when I was leaving and that makes me believe that you guys definitely had something to do with it. I felt lied too. The oil change already took 2 hours which was frustrating and after that much time goes by your mind begins to think that something went wrong. My air filter was installed upside down which resulted in a whistling noise. I had warranty on the tire and they put the spare on for me which was very appreciated. The tire ended up having a nail in it which had nothing to do with the bubble on the sidewall. The nail would only be visible if the tire was taken off the wheel. Nonetheless everything worked out but it was still disappointing. I wouldn’t have thought about it for a second if they would’ve told me they inspected it and found the bubble. But they were going to let me drive away like that.
