Your team was courteous, helpful and competent. My car felt refreshed and responsive when I got it back. My only disappointment was that I had received a $15 coupon in the mail just a week ago for an oil change, w/tire rotation) but I had left it on the kitchen table and since they couldn’t verify that I actually had gotten it, so they wouldn’t honor it. I had a tire light on, and I asked
Them to check because my hatchback hatchback wouldn’t stay open and my back up camera wasn’t turned on. I was there for 2 1/2 hours they put air in my spare tire and said they couldn’t do anything about my back up camera because it was aftermarket and I needed new struts on my hatchback and they didn’t have them in stock. I think my having to wait 2 1/2 hours for this was really Unnecessary I am not happy at all about the weight

As a disabled driver, my modifications on my chair were displaced in another seat and I had to physically move and rearrange my seat which was very difficult. Very few workers were left at 4:45pm. It took about 10 hours for them to complete the fixes, which was much longer than quoted. Lastly, the issue on my vehicle was under warranty and completely free, yet I had to pay for labor charges associated with disassembling and reassembling my ramp. The ramp is a basic access need, and I feel I was being charged extra due to having a disability. Lastly, when I checked in I was asked if I wanted a car wash, I responded yes, and did not receive one.
