Nate went above and beyond what I would expect from a service representative. I showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment. He fit me into the service schedule, hooked me up with a loaner vehicle and did it all with a courteous attitude, professionalism, and a smile ???? on his face. I was having a bad morning and the outcome of my visit and my interaction with Nate actually lifted my spirits. I left Toyota in a much better mood than when I arrived.

Polite respectful customer service. However I was quoted a price of 202 dollars and the bill was 275. That’s a huge discrepancy and there wasn’t a satisfactory explanation. I also had a coupon for 20 off. That final price was 1/3 higher than the original quote. Very misleading
