Only comment. When you are using synthetic oil that should have a live span of 8000 to 10000 miles, why is the reminder sticker tha you apply to the vehicle only set at 5000 miles? I’m pretty sure I know the answer, and that is why dealer service departments have such a bad reputation. You’re taking advantage of your customers, who for the most part don’t know any better.

We specifically made this appointment to take care of a safety recall issue - after we took our truck in we were told they had to lower the gas tank and could only do it if the tank was 1/4 full or less - of course our tank was full. This requirement should have been communicated to us when we made the appointment. We now have to make another appointment which means we our time was wasted.
