I brought in my 2023 RAV4 for its 35K miles maintenance. I had an appointment for 1:30. Toyota Rep estimated shop time from .5 to 1 hour so I waited. Your shop return the car to me at 3:40 (2h 10m). The shop rep. gave me a great discount due to the long wait time. I really appreciated your shop personnel consideration.

The technician told me over the phone that they replaced the middle row seats, which wasn't listed on the service record. Initially we thought he misspoke and just meant they reinstalled them after cleaning and greasing the tracks. However both seats have a stain that wasn't previously there. One has a blue dot on the seat itself and the other has black paint on the back of it. So it looks like they exchanged them fromm another vehicle or something because neither of those defects were present when we dropped the vehicle off or when we purchased it. My husband will be bringing the van back tomorrow to discuss this issue.
