Supposedly battery was checked along with everything else and oil was really changed. Today battery is completely dead. We had an appointment and it took over two hours while we waited. So now we’re stuck with a dead battery because I don’t think it was really checked.

A fog light on my Prius came loose and they said they couldn’t mount it back on because the screw mounts broke. I think that’s what they said. Still completely lost on how that costs nearly 500$, just to mount a fog light… couldn’t they find an alternative solution??? It’s absolutely ridiculous how they offered no other alternative solution that wouldn’t cost 500 dollars a little fog light? Really, I’m not buying it. I put duct tape over the light.im going to check with other Toyota dealerships and I hope they can fix it for less because that sounds outlandish to me.
