Did not have a good customer experience.
Had gone for change of front break pads.
That was not done properly, after waiting for 2.5 hrs on enquiring
Was told that ABS sensor was inadvertently broken during the repair.
Since part was not in stock was given loaner had to wait 2 days to get issue fixed. Now after the fix I hear a scraping sound coming on braking and starting from complete stop. Had to drop the vehicle back again to get the issue fixed. This is not the service level I expected from Baxter Toyota dealership.
