When you tell a customer the parts are in/available after checking with parts/service, then when customer brings vehicle in for appointment the customer is told parts are not available. Resulting in 2nd appointment. Show’s customer service is not priority. Be up front about cost. When presenting the bill a “sorry, but this is what you are going to pay” doesn’t sit well. I made it clear the distance I had to drive. Twice. Additional vacation day taken off for me. Not everything is working that was mentioned and not everything was noted on bill or customer states. For the amount of money and additional time spent I expected all repairs to be made. But I guess I can expect another “sorry”.

Nick was great. Now the lady that answered the phone when I called to see how much an oil change would be told me $86ish with the military discount but it was $98ish. I wasn’t happy about that.

This is more for your upper management to dwell on, but I was there for 5 1/2 hours and I said good luck to a guy who had been there about as long (or longer) than me when I left, so may want to look at manpower. This was not an oversight by my service tech, a large number of customers waited long periods as we all got pretty familiar with each other. I had multiple things done so I was prepared for several hours wait, but the number of others there a long time indicated a functional problem, not one odd glitch. I have waited a number of times while regular service appointments were completed, so I have an idea of the normal turn time in your waiting rooms. Re the service I had done, it all appears to have been done competently.

Nothing wrong with Ethan, I just didn’t realize what inspection I was getting. The **** the phone last week didn’t list any options so I didn’t know there were different inspections and I needed a more thorough one before winter comes.
