I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours (appointment was at 0900). After I dropped it off, I called at 10:45 to get a status and was told service technician couldn’t be reached and that “an email will be sent to the technician and once they see that email, they will give you a call” which seemed odd to me. At 11:30 I still had not received any contact, so I had my wife drop me off in person and the service rep told me it would be another 20-25 minutes. I told them I would wait in the lobby area. It wasn’t until 1245 (there about) that a gentleman came and told me my truck was ready and that he was “totally unaware” that I were even here waiting. I normally have had good experiences with Baxter, but being over two hours late on the service and keeping me pretty out of the loop was a bummer today. The gentlemen offered his apology, but I felt pretty much like an afterthought all day.

I went in for a service to have my rear rotor’s and brakes replaced with an oil change and i left with a vehicle that drove for 5 mile and all the sudden all dash lights lite up and my vehicle was not drivable i had to return the vehicle for further diagnosing and i am furious being stuck without a vehicle. When i brought the vehicle in there were no dash lights on now they are all on after your technicians worked on my vehicle. This is not the Baxter grantee i was promised when i purchased a 15,000 dollar vehicle less than 6 months ago .
