My credit card was declined twice when I tried twice to pay for the work that had been done. I ended up using a different credit card. In checking with the declined cards customer service they could find no documentation of the card being used or declined. This has also happened in the past with a different card.

Initial services that were agreed to be done were oil and filter change and a tire rotation and basic diagnostic and multi point inspection. Call received prior to this appt. recommended doing a brake fluid exchange which we agreed to as well. After the initial review on my car, there were 2 new found issues which were a BG 4x4 service (we have a 2 wheel drive car not a 4 wheel drive) for $325.34 and a 4 wheel alignment for $129.98. This would have resulted an overall REVISED BILL of $729.00. I talked to Nick and the mechanic and they said it was not necessary to do these 2 add’l items this same day just wanted to let us know what they found. I asked them when my car would be scheduled for its next servicing and they said in another 5,000 miles (just short of 58,000) so we could address these at the next review. We agreed to wait and my husband and I would decide when to handle. Car was finished and a girl checked me out - paid bill which was $273.54 and she gave me my paperwork. I never saw Nick anymore beyond the initial review of my car. When I got home, a water pump issue had been added as an found issue which was priced at $705.38. I never had this item on my initial review on my phone or in any discussions with Nick and the mechanic. We found out about the water pump when I got home and we were totally blind sided by this unknown addition. This resulted in an revised total final price of almost $1,200. My husband and I didn’t appreciate how this expensive item seemed to be added after discussions with your staff and nothing being said with this revised item not being noted at checkout and the way we discovered this water pump item. My husband and I are extremely unhappy with how we found out about this added water pump addition and are determining what to do next. Debi Webber
