Everything i needed taken care of was done.
My only concern was that I wasn't informed when it would be finished. I realize that new front brakes take time, so after 3 hours found my advisor and he checked with mechanic and said 30 minutes or 40 at the most. After an hour, I went to check and it was finished, but I had not been notified.
I was at dealer from 9 until 1....

The head liner is very marked up from the work done. I did take a brief video before I took my vehicle in and you can see it looks good before work. The rear passenger seat was not put back in the upright position like when I left it. And I would like to think a wash was standard. I had to ask and wait. I would like the head liner cleaned if you could. Now the folks I dealt with we all outstanding and very nice.

The actual work performed on my car was fine, I just needed an alignment done after getting a new set of wheels. They moved around and adjusted a lot of things in my car though, very unnecessarily. My seat was jacked way up where I almost couldn't get in. They also turned the headlights off for some reason, which I didn't notice until I went to leave work at midnight and my car was pitch black. They also took my car out of Eco transmission mode and put it in normal mode. I'm not sure why any of those three things would have had to be adjusted just to pull my car from the floor into the bay.

It doesn’t appear that the update resolved the problem. After I left the dealership, the same guest warnings appeared on my phone and my watch. However, later in the day, they did not come up. I contacted the dealership and was told to come back in tomorrow.
