This was my second time to this dealership. My first time was not pleasant when I went there. The service advisor was rude and not very communicative with what was going on and what was taking so long. This time was a completely different experience. Staff was friendly. The service was quick and timely. Nick was super friendly and was nice with both interactions I had with him. He was super helpful with any questions and gave his honest opinion.

For years Nate has always taken care to make sure I’m informed and that my Highlander is well cared for. This is my 3rd appt I had been trying to get my wheel fixed. I made this last appt 3 weeks before. When I called Nick at 1130 for vehicle update (I had dropped off my car the night prior at 6pm) he said we will for sure get it fixed today, we will have to fit it in. I said “fit it in? I’ve had this appt for 3 weeks why would you be “fitting” me in? He oh well oh well I mean we will get it done today. Very confusing. I understand this service is outsourced but it’s not very timely and it would be nice if there was some kind of communication on how long it would take, no one knew.

I wish there was more transparency. I had to call to ask why my alignment was off due to the paper being in my car and not talked over by the service writer. As well as no tech notes provided from my technician. I also had to go find my car when it was done, instead of it brought to me (that was very minor but still worth a mention for my reasoning of saying it was rushed). It’s also hard to believe that they had nothing to recommend to get replace as well serviced soon on my vehicle. Any time ever, I take my car in to get any service I’m always recommended what services are needed. Although I did get my answer after calling back to Toyota, I just wish it was more informative. Makes me feel my serviced was rushed and not thorough.
