Frustrated with the bait and switch pricing when using the app to schedule service. Estimated price at check in and actual price at check out were off by over $15 on a simple oil change and tire rotation. Advisor was very nice, but I am sure I am not the first person to bring this up. The two other dealerships in the area do not have this issue when using the app. Selected this dealership due to location and price, but with the additional cost, the benefit to go this direction is diminished.

Drivers seat was moved. Dash settings were changed when got into truck. Apple play had been disconnected. Had to reset settings.
Service provider was good. Who ever was moving cars 30 yards from the drive to the shop shouldn’t have been messing with those settings

My 1st experience with the service at Toyota - disappointing : ( The tech did not tell me his name when he first approached me sitting in my car, did not direct me to the waiting area, said “your vehicle is right out front “.
I went to the front of the building where I had purchased my Venza, because I didn’t see any vehicles outside to the West. My vehicle was parked to the North, but since I didn’t see any side door, I went to the front of the building. I walked through the slush and the snow and slick black ice around the building to the North. And found my vehicle backed in with maybe 10 inches on the driver side to get in.(Right next to the Snow Drift!!) I’m an older lady who did not appreciate that because it was hard to get in my vehicle. I usually park in a Handicapped Parking Spot due to my physical abilities- due to a recent surgery.
FYI for better consideration for the NEXT older person. Thank you.
