Long story but I was told the brake pad, front and back replacement and rotor resurfacing would take about 2 hours, so I chose to stay and wait. There was no communication until I went asking for information after 3 hours had passed. Kept being told just a little while longer. I was there 5 1/4 hours. Yes i was a little angry. The manager did take 20% off my bill which was very nice of him but I don't know if I'll go back there.

I responded yes referring to Ethan only. he went on vacation the day after he helped me and the follow up in the service department resulted in my not getting my vehicle completely serviced until the following week. There two issues I suggest looking into. One is follow up service when someone goes on vacation and the second is more in service about Wheels the new company that handles all of the Sisters of mercy vehicles— service gas and purchase. I mean familiarity with such things as Contact numbers & Website. I want to mention that Nick Smith who helped me the last day was most helpful and friendly. I would give him a resounding YES to your question

I didn’t deal with the young man myself. My son dropped the car off, but when I scheduled it online, I scheduled an oil change AND for someone to look at the front power seat that isn’t working properly. I then found out after it was dropped off that there was no one to look at the seat. I might’ve waited a little longer to get the oil changed and have someone look at the seat at the same time as my son drives up from Lincoln to get the oil changed.. other than that, I am satisfied with the oil change
