I Stopped by the Toyota dealer hoping to make an appointment to get my car fixed, instead they took me in and help me without an appointment. They resolved my issues and offered me a ride back home. I really want to know how the issue was resolved. Did you do a software update? Is this a known issue that Toyota is choosing not to publicize? What’s the possibility it will happen again? It was a huge inconvenience to drive 30mph for 100 miles late at night on country roads. I’m now afraid to take this sequoia on long distance trips for fear that it will happen again.

May want to work on timing quotes. I was quoted 1-1 hr 40 mins for service. It took 2.5 hours. I know some things are out of your control, but under promise over deliver on times and people will be more appreciative.

Please don’t send survey. I wasn’t there watching the work being done. I have no idea if everything was done correctly, I just have to assume it was. I never talked with the technician that worked on my car so I cannot rate him. It gets really obnoxious that I cannot walk in any store or order things on line without everyone asking how they did .
