Overnight drop off and next day pick up was extremely painless. The only thing I would look into trying to make better is the video following the inspection/service. I couldn’t understand what was being said since it’s inside a loud shop with air tools in the background. A simple text with “everything looked great; no issues” would be quicker and probably better for the customer.

But they didn't rotate my tires and I did pay for the oil change and tire rotation..

The vehicle was finished. Even though I was in for a complimentary service since I had issues during my last visit , they didn’t even wash my vehicle as they always do. It won’t be hard to choose another service provider.

I wasn’t aware that the only communication was texts to my phone - which I don’t look at often. It would be beneficial to tell the customer that is how you communicate, so I could respond in a prompt manner and the whole experience (of an oil & air filter change) wouldn’t take 3 hours.
