The purpose of this visit was to complete a recall service on the front bumper that one of your technicians said was completed at the visit prior to this. Then I continued to get notifications from that it still needed to be completed. So I had one of your service technicians check to see if in fact it had been completed, the last time I brought my highlander in for this purpose, he said it had not. For this specific visit the man who helped me was very helpful and he was able to quickly schedule the recall bumper. But the technician prior to this visit straight up told me he completed bumper recall work when he had not. During the last oil change I had performed at Baxter Toyota. The recall service should’ve been completed. I was told it was, but in fact, it was not. It’s technicians like this to give car dealerships, a bad name. However, the gentleman who helped me for the specific visit was helpful in solving this problem.

I live in Lincoln but drive to LaVista because I always get such excellent service there. The service manager helped me to correct my screen so I can see the map and assisted with getting the sound to work. His kindness and help was greatly appreciated. There is a clean, comfortable area to wait and the service manager gave me information on ties so I can research my best deal. Everyone is friendly and helpful at this location. I tell everyone to go to LaVista Baxter!

Ethan was great and I assume the oil change and tire rotation went ok but I didn’t hear anything about that. I got a phone call on my way in with Kim trying to convince me to buy a brake fluid change which would be at an additional cost ( later learned that is an unnecessary service), and then asking to change my cabin filter for $80, part and labor, which I can do myself with a replacement filter costing $20.
