My appointment was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15. It was almost 2:00 before my car was finished. I don’t recall ever waiting that long with an appointment.

My oil change, tire rotation, and inspection took almost 2 and a half hours. This would be an hour and a half longer than it should have taken. Because of the length of time this oil change took it caused me to miss my morning meeting at work.
