The job at the dealership was great. I just do not know why it took a week to get all my parts. I don’t think it was the dealerships fault but I really don’t understand the long waiting time. Thank you.

It took a week to get an oilchange appt, forcing me over the mileage. I asked them to look at a side mirror problem,as well so that made it a 2.5 hr service. Ethan was fine, but I lost 5 hrs for a service that was scheduled.

I could not hear the service tech in the videos he sent, I have no idea what was said during them. Thankfully I was only in for a check up and needed an air filter replacement, suggest having the tech speak directly into his phone or increasing his volume when filming.

Front desk people at the service area should be more welcoming with any costumer.
I understand this is a busy area, but I felt that the person who helped me was in a rush and did my check in and check out the same way. This is not the first time, I received the same costumer service the previous visit as well. I thought it was good to mention it because this never happened in all my previous visits and I think it is an easy fix and will make the company to look better.

This is Matt, Lori’s husband. Paul was fine but the check engine light came on when my daughter ran out of gas. You guys charged $108 to turn the check engine light off which it wasn’t on before it ran out of gas 2days before. I think it was pretty petty to charge me to turn this off or( run your diagnostics). As a long time customer and owner of multiple Toyotas I expect better and will reconsider my service and purchase options moving forward. My # is ****-****-xxxx if you are going to try to contact me not the 5163 (that is wife’s #). Unless you are going to give me my $108 back there is no need to contact me though.
