When we bought our vehicle about 2 years ago the front panel was loose and was supposed to be fixed. It still is loose and Baxter will not stand behind the problem. My van is 13 years old and not sure we will shop at Baxter again

Service was more than 2 hours late. I had to make alternate arrangements to get my kids from school as a result. It increased my stress levels and actually caused issues with 2 of my kids as well. I was told at 10:30 that the car would be ready by 12:30. It was after 2:30 when I was notified it was done. If 12:30 wasn’t a reasonable estimate I would’ve liked to have known that as soon as possible. I had to call a few different times to get a status update. Once no one answered and the line disconnected. Another time I was on hold for almost 10 minutes. I had a rough experience today.
