Wasn't very happy with the service, there was no communication between hey Mr Romero and I. I understand people being busy and things of that nature however I feel like customer service is something that should be more important than anything else. Well I felt like I didn't get that, I had to do a lot of the calling about updates on my vehicle. At one point Mr Romero stated he was going to give me a call before his day was over. Well that call never came so I ended up waiting all weekend and it response to see if my vehicle was able to be picked up or not. I had to call the following week again because I still do not receive a phone call from Mr Romero. All in all hopefully nothing else happens to my vehicle during warranty because I don't believe I will use Asheboro Nissan again.

I went in to get my batteries replacing my key fob. When I went outside, I noticed I had a flat tire. I went back inside and spoke to Aaron. He told me not to worry that they would take care of it. Excellent customer service.
