My wife had to wait an hour and 40 min to get the oil changed when she had an appointment. She asked the lady if we could get the tires rotated and she said it was included with the service. Yet the tires. Where never touched. But the best part is when my wife went to open her driver's door and there was a greasy hand print on the door! So not a great experience at all. ????
