Scott is beyond knowledgable and goes far above the call of duty at your dealership. I have literally never felt so cared about as a customer and his effort to make me feel satisfied and provided for are top tier. I hope to always work with Scott and would drive two states over to have him work on my Toyota. He is a keeper and should help all staff by training them in his style of customer care and efficiency.
