JP worked with me when I dropped my car off because the number of hours it would take on a Saturday to do the diagnostic was longer than I expected to wait with 3 kids. I was able to pick up my car when the inspection was done at a time that worked best for me, as well. He communicated with me professionally and scheduled the repair timely. I wanted the charging area fixed. Only the cigarette lighter was fixed the USB wasn’t. The service provider was very friendly but when I dropped off the vehicle, I wasn’t able to contact her. Hence the confusion.

From the beginning, I felt the services provided were lacking and unsatisfactory. My engine failed on my 22 tundra and I was left stranded. On 23 May, my truck was delivered to Toyota of Colorado Springs for repairs. I was not informed or updated through out almost the entire process. This left me worried and concerned as a customer. The point of failure it seems, was when I spoke with my SA (Service Advisor) she informed me she accidentally left a voicemail on the wrong phone number. I requested my SA leave me a detailed voicemail on the correct phone number due to dealership systems being down. This did not happen. I called the dealer on 7+ occasions, after those attempts I was finally contacted and informed about my truck. Keep in mind, I left a message twice for two different persons to notify my service advisor of my concern but was ignored. On the 3rd attempt I was finally updated. June 12 was the day I received an update. Additionally, I was provided a loaner vehicle (Highlander LE) which I appreciated. However, the maintenance reminder was on. This loaner was in need of a service/repair. This left me again, lacking confidence in this dealership’s abilities to provide satisfactory customer service. I have been an avid and loyal customer of Toyota for over 13 years. I was never failed or left uninformed by other Toyota dealers. This was a first, and I certainly hope the last. My trust and confidence in Toyota of Colorado Springs was affected. However, I do believe in 2nd chances and giving the opportunity to make a wrong, a right. I kindly ask that moving forward, I am provided with JP as my new SA. In the absences of my SA, JP seemed to be very productive, caring, and proactive in handling customer concerns. For spending over 6k and upon receiving the car back, I was disappointed. The key wasn’t paired, that I had to take it back for another 3 days. Also it was the second time I saw external damage, with the clear coat peeling off the roof. In 2020/21 after I had the brakes changed the brakes in the front locked up, you all ended up taking the car and having it for over 4 months and upon receiving it back there was a lot of hail damage. Also just recently/ last visit, I have now noticed an oil leak underneath the car
