Well, I had already made sure that there was a rear window switch in stock before my appointment. But, the technician twisted a bolt off when he disassembled the rear window switch. You didn’t have that part in stock, so I wasn’t able to get the switch fixed.

I came in having stated I'd wait at the dealership while the car was being worked on. Ian immediately said the work may take several hours more than I was probably expecting, and got me hooked up with a Lyft ride back home without any issues whatsoever! Once I was constaced for the need for a couple "new" items, he explained everything so that I understood. I had no issues with adding on the time and expense because I care about keeping my vehicle in working order!Ian was fantastic! Everyone I've ever worked with on the Toyota servicing side has been the best, which is why I keep coming back because I know I can trust their advice wholeheartedly!
