Randy was very professional in his dealing with me. My total bill was almost $1020, an amount I did NOT want to put on one credit card. He allowed me to split the bill among 5 different credit cards.
He told me that I would probably notice a smother ride following my repair. I did! I also had asked Randy to make sure my radio station was not changed by the repair staff. (It had been on a previous visit.). The radio station, when I started my car, was on my preferred station.

Ian was incredible. I really appreciated him and his service. My only complaint about Ian was that, after he took my credit card number, he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I guess he forgot about me and I finally hung up. That said, the repair services offered were unnecessary and overly expensive. I was quoted $4,000 for an entirely new secondary air pump system. Some of the existing parts were 6 months old. When I mentioned this, I was told that, when a secondary air pump fails, the whole system must be replaced because the failed pump floods the system with a foam that ruins it. I mean... wow, that's some bold BS. Also, I'm not super happy that I was charged $190 for the diagnosis when I walked in with the error codes (p2433 and p2445) and diagnosis already.
