JP gelped from beginning to end. He was very professional, tried to help me with a new FOB, explained the issue with my vehicle in layman terms so I could make an i formed decision. Then when my parts were unavailable he got me a great loaner until the work was completed. My 4 Runner drives perfectly with the new sway bar and while the price to repair was “fair” the service was top notch and worth every penny. Thanks to JP for his professionalism and excellent customer service, and thanks to the folks who turn the wrenches for keeping my runner on the road. Terry B

I appreciate Ashley's no nonsense approach and honesty about the extra needed service. I also appreciate her not pressuring me to get it done the same day. She was very professional and very positive and happy, which was nice.

First of all this isn’t the first time I’ve brought my car in for this specific reason. The first time I did they cleared the code and told me that my car was fine and that I shouldn’t have even brought it in. Second time I brought it in I got around 2000$ worth of repairs done and you would think that would include the problems with my check engine light but apparently not. I recently took my car in after the repairs and asked for the check engine light to be checked out and they tried to charge me another 600$ for something completely irrelevant to the situation. Also I had asked them to check out my suspension bc it was making a weird noise and had been told after that no one said anything and it wasn’t checked and asked if I wanted them to check it after they had wasted enough of my time. Then also I have been screwed over multiple times by being told one thing on the phone and then coming in and hearing something completely different and then they turn it on me as if it’s my fault when one of their employees said and I quote “Yeah she wasn’t supposed to do that and I’m sorry but she **** at her job.” I may be 20 and they try and take me to be something I’m not and try to tell me things that they don’t think I understand when in reality I know more than 99% of them and realize that all they are doing is wasting my time, and my money. Terrible customer service and terrible communication between representatives to customers because they try to make it seem like it’s all good and that the customer doesn’t know anything when they try to scam you and upcharge you for a problem you might not even have. Will not be coming back to this establishment after previous 4 trips and the problem still not being fixed, hope Stephanie and her crew are pleased with themselves and wasting a United States Army soldiers time and money. Shame, shame, shame.

Jp was great to work with. It was such a great experience going there. The wife and I had to take our car up there a day earlier than our appointment. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jp. I explained that due to our work schedule we had to bring it in early and would just park it where we could. Jp told us to drive it in the service bay and he would check us in early and they would get to it the next day at our appointment. I explained again to him everything that we wanted serviced. JP also recommended few other things that he saw that we should consider changing. I saw what he was talking about and gave him the approval for everything. Let me tell you , Jp was so knowledgeable and friendly and treated us like family. We were very happy with his service. This guy is very good at what he does and definitely needs to be recognized and rewarded for his excellent performance. Move on to the next day, I get a text from Jp that our car was in the service bay and gave me a list of everything the technician found was wrong. This was at 9:30 in the morning, and our appointment was t until 12:30. He put our car in early and we were thrilled. It took a day and a half for all the repairs and we expected it to be longer. We are 100% coming here again whenever our vehicle needs service. Bottom line, Jp and the team here are the absolute best. Thanks again for the excellent service.
