I would much rather have only one stop for all of maintenance and service needs. Unfortunately your tire pricing wasn’t close enough to that of discount tire so I was unable to justify paying $300 more to save a trip. Nothing that Ashley or anyone could control. Just wasn’t competitive enough.

First I would like to know HOW one of my brand new tires blew/ got a puncture so bad from a OIl CHANGE??? that a new tire had to be ordered and replaced. I just purchased these tires not six months ago. Also the last time I took my car there for 4 wheel alignment the last time it was serviced. Yet the suggested services states it needs a 4wheel alignment. All of this in less than a year. We don’t drive excessively, we don’t drive on tough terrain. We just had a report that our breaks were perfect as well, and yet your report says I need back breaks???totally not satisfied!
