Took over 2 1/2 hrs for my appointment. I felt like he was more interested in watching his football game. Asked if they good look in the glove compartment and didn’t even put my sunglasses back. I. Asked for three things to be done. One fix gas lock, two fix cylinder for key, three replace Dom light. This was all I asked for I got charged for oil change which I did not asked for and a tire rotation, which I had just had a tire rotation and alignment where I bought my tires a month ago. When I brought my truck in my tail gate latch was not broken,that is why I didn't understand when they told me it was broken, so when I got home I noticed it, I called to see what had happened, no one new when it happened, they just could of said when we went to fix the tailgate it broke, I would of understood and just had it fixed. If you check your records you will see l have had a lot of work done on that truck which I bought there many years ago. And have spent well over 10,000 dollar with you. Thanks. C Graves

Ian and “arguably the best tech” :) at the dealership did a great job evaluating our (now our) new to us RAV during a pre purchase inspection. Ii dud appreciate the quick service but, I had a toyota battery already in my vehicle purchased at Edmark Toyota of Nampa Idaho. It failed and I gave tge advisor my invoice purchased 1/21. I was told it was a refurbished battery and there was no warranty. He sold me a 7 month battery even though it should have been prorated because my battery was a 5 year battery.
