Overall service was great. Was in and out efficiently. However, my headlights were changed from the auto position to off. This happened at my last service, too. I get that the lights are likely annoying in the shop, but please return them to the auto setting. WAY to many people out there with their lights off.

I will be very honest about my experience with Toyota. Usually the service you have provided through the years as your customer, has been satisfied.
However things were very different this time. I just went to have my battery tested, I appreciate the for taking me right away, however this was the beginning of some problems. One cable got broken. My car supposed to be there only for a day, which turned into 3 days, for later on the person in charge realized that the other cable was bad as well, so, it got ordered.
Also when I got my car, it was a desastre and the person who worked on my car, didn’t reset the windows control, so a day after I picked up my car, I couldn’t roll down the 3 windows, so I went back to have it fix, likely was an easy fix. My conclusion is that perhaps you hired are not very competent or was careless. Please make an effort to keep the good reputation Toyota has had thought the years. The newer generations need more training or a supervisor to check their job. Thank you for asking about my experience.

The man who came out and gave me the four pages of items my 1 year old four runner needed “fixed” when I come every 5,000 miles to Toyota to have maintenance done, should not be in customer service. I’d be happy to elaborate more over the phone.
