Canyon city was told when I set the appointment five days earlier that the part was in stock. After waiting 50 minutes it was the wrong part. We rescheduled for next week.

Had a 0915 appt. Supposed to be finished at 3, was texted at 10 the next day it was done. Service guy said there were 17 drive ins. How about prioritizing your appointments. Service mgr told me he’d help on the bill and get me a skid plate which y’all hosed up last time. He did neither. I got a loaner but was told I’d be charged $300 if it had dog hair in it. I have a dog. I think I’m done with your dealership. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues there. Been coming for about 15 years.
