I wish whoever moves my seat while moving my car from one section of the service area to another would remember to move it back to where I had it when I dropped the car off for maintenance.
That is the ONLY thing that upsets me after receiving service on my car. Everything else is great!!

I was appalled that I was quoted one price and asked to pay twice that amount. Your lovely service tech cleared up the problem, but I really felt that I would have been CHEATED out of more than $250 if I had not challenged the invoice.
I’m an older woman and very suspicious about this kind of treatment.

It took three full hours, while we were waiting on site, for the service department to do a simple oil change and install a new battery. That is not acceptable scheduling.
The service Manager did show concern , so that was appreciated, and dropped the oil change charge because of the three hour wait.

The app still had the vehicle alert when I returned home from having the 5000 mile checkup performed. I did not remember if the dash had been complaining about maintenance required: ignoring that had become habit by the time I get in for my appointment. I used the dash controls to reset the data, restarted the Toyota app a couple of times, and the alert stopped showing up in the app.
Also, "sign here" at check-in did not show, or was mentioned, all the things that one signature was being applied to.

During my last service at your place, I was told my brake pads needed replaced and measured 5mm. Today I was told the pads are good and measure 8mm. That makes me nervous about what else I'm being told needs done and really doesn't. Or, what part of my service might not get done that I pay for. Randy has always done a good job, he wasn't there during my last visit.
