I did not have my car in for service yesterday, October 3, 2024. I don't know why I received a text saying the service was completed, and my car was ready to come home. I then called Toyota service and told them my car was not there for service. Then I received this survey last evening asking how satisfied I am with my service. Since I had no service done, I can't be satisfied with it.

I was recommended by my relative to your dealership. I relocated from California to Colorado. I simply wanted an oil change, replace my light bulbs and air filter. Next thing, I know I got a text and call from Ian Landi regarding a service repair for over $7,000 which I refused, and then a billing for diagnostic for $150 which I refused. I told Ian that I only need an oil change, replacement of light bulbs and air filter. Then the bill came to over $400. I brought my brother in law to the dealership that late afternoon, after everyone went home. We questioned the itemized bill. The bill now questioned is the diagnostic $150 which I disagreed with Ian. We asked if the phone call was recorded. Ian told us, yes. Then we asked to play the recordings. He told us the Service Manager was gone for the day. Instead, of accommodating us, we went to the Sales Dept. for the overall Manager who is above the Service Manager. The Dealer Manager, I do not remember his name, very nice guy, accommodated our situation. We explained our issues with the billing. Asked if he can play the phone call recording which he did. Then the truth came out. There was no mentioned of authorization for $150 diagnostic test. This Manager removed the $150 without hesitation and settled out bill which came to around $280. This is all about principle and integrity- this Ian Landi is a con artist. I am sorry if I am blunt with my assessment. We did not even get the final itemized bill statement, only credit card transaction paperwork. I want to thank that General Manager for his kindness in resolving our problem, placing my confidence back to your dealership. Please correct Mr. Ian Landi’s misconduct. I do not want him fired- just know how to humble and understand the mistakes he made. My appointment was 1330 hrs, 30 September 2024. Have a nice day.

Mr Arbuckle greeted me immediately when I drove into the service area. He knew me and what my 2021 Rav 4 needed done. Mr Arbuckle was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The regular maintenance service was performed within a short time. I felt I was in good hands with Mr Arbuckle. Thank you.

Great staff!! completed recall and oil change in reasonable time. I wasn’t aware recall alert on my vehicle was remotely done. I assumed it would be reset upon completion of work. I kept getting alert so I called service and was told it would be reset remotely. Let customers know.
